If at any point one of your 'Learners' is promoted and needs their permissions updated to that of a 'Manager' this is possible by following the steps below.
1. To begin, head over to your SolidProfessor page and select 'Admin Tools.'
2. Next, click on the 'All Members' option from the menu on the left-hand side.
3. From here, we will select the three dot ellipses to the right of the user's name we want to change the permissions of. For this example, we will change Rachel from a 'Learner' to a 'Manager.'
4. From here click on 'View details.'
5. This will bring up a box with the user's information and will allow you to edit the user's permissions by selecting 'Edit' from the right hand corner.
6. Next you will go to the 'Role' drop down, select 'Manager,' and then 'Submit.'
7. As you can see, we have switched Rachel's permissions from 'Learner' to 'Manager.'
