As the 'Manager' of a Group, you have the ability to change the permissions of any 'Learner' to a 'Co-Manager' in the Group. You will also have the option to change any 'Co-Managers' back to 'Learners' if needed.
1. Begin by clicking on 'Admin Tools.'

2. Next, you will choose the group you would like to add an additional manager to. For this example, we will select our group 'Sample 1: SOLIDWORKS 2021 Update Training.'

3. Next we will choose our 'Learner' Joey Tribbiani to update to a 'Manager' by clicking on his name line.
It's important to note that 'Managers' can change the role for a user's role in a group they manage but not in the 'All Members' section. Only a 'Client Admin' can update the permissions of a 'Manager' under the 'All Members' section.

4. This will open the user's (Joey's) details. We will click edit in the right-hand corner of the user detail box.

5. As you can see, the grayed out box under 'Role in Group' is now available to change Joey's role to 'Manager.'

6. Now that we have selected the 'Manager' role, we will simply need to select 'Submit.'
Please note: You can also submit a 'Send Forgot Password Link' request if your newly added 'Manager' needs assistance updating their password.

7. Now Joey is a 'Manager' in our group 'Sample 1: SOLIDWORKS 2021 Update Training.'
