Users who have the role of Manager have the ability to change the permissions of Learners. Follow the steps below to add another Manager to a group.
Note that Managers cannot update the permissions of other Managers or Client Admins.
3. Open the user's details by clicking their name. Then, select Edit.
It's important to note that Managers can change the role of a user in a group they manage but not in the All Members section. Only a Client Admin can update the permissions of a Manager under the All Members section.
