If a user needs to change their password but does not receive an email when they select 'Forgot Password', this could be due to firewall protection on your company's email account. Not to worry, you can send any user a password reset link by following the steps below.
1. Start by selecting 'Admin Tools' from your homepage or user drop-down.

3. Next, click the 3 dot ellipsis next to the user that you would like to send a 'Password Reset Link' to. For this example, we will be sending one to Phoebe Buffay.

4. Then 'View details'

5. Here we will see a box with all of the user's details and we will select 'Edit'.

6. The user's details can be edited here, and you can select 'Send Forgot Password Link' to send them a password reset link.

7. Once you have done this, simply select 'Submit'.
