Keyboard shortcuts are a helpful tool to navigate videos in SolidProfessor! Please note that keyboard short cuts do not override existing Class or Group settings. This feature is currently in a beta phase and only available to select users at this time.
You must click the video player before using keyboard shortcuts.
When you pass your mouse over certain player buttons in a video, you will see the relevant keyboard shortcut. For example, when you pass over the closer caption icon, you will see "Closed Caption (c)," indicating that you can enter C to enable closed captions.

| Spacebar | Play or pause when the seek bar is selected. Activate a button if that button has focus (?) |
| M | Mute or unmute a video |
| Left/Right arrows | Seek backward or forward five seconds |
| J | Seek backward 10 seconds |
| L | Seek forward 10 seconds |
| Shift+> | Speed up the video playback rate |
| Shift+< | Slow down the video playback rate |
| Up/Down Arrows | Increase or decrease the volume 5% |
| Numbers 1 to 9 | Seek to the 10% to 90% of the video |
| Number 0 | Seek to the beginning of the video |
| F | Activate full screen. If full screen is enabled, activate F again or press escape to exit full screen mode |
| C | Activate closed captions and subtitles if available. To hide captions and subtitles, activate C again. |
| Shift+N | Move to the next video |
| Shift+P | Move to the previous video |
