A SolidProfessor enrollment key is a 16-digit code that grants students full access to our platform in our Student Store. Instructors should distribute one enrollment key to each student who will be using SolidProfessor. Key requests can be sent directly to your Success Manager, or you can reach out to us here.
Once a student successfully uses an enrollment key to create his or her membership, the key is voided and he or she never needs that enrollment key again. If you are not sure which enrollment keys are still available for use with your students, reach out to us here.
