You can reset your student's password while logged into your own account. Log in and open your Admin Tools and go to the Students Tab. Click on the student's name who has forgotten his or her password, then click the "Send Reset Authorization" button to send an email to the student with a link to rest his or her password.
Your student will receive an email with a link to reset his or her password. He or she should click on the link in the email and enter a new password:
If your student does not receive an email or his or her email is not a valid email address, you can copy the link that was generated after clicking the "Send Reset Authorization" button:
Paste it into a new web browser and change the student's password for him or her:
For password security purposes, we recommend showing your student how to change his or her password after they log in using the password you just created for them.
