Navigate to your Instructor Tools from the Dashboard or from your user settings drop-down.
Select the class, find the student in the list, and then click on their name to expand user details.
Click "Send Password Reset" to generate and send a password reset link to the student's email address.
You can copy and paste the URL of the password reset link into your browser and change the student's password. This is useful if the school's firewall doesn't allow outside emails.
Post-Secondary
Post-Sec Students should use the "Forgot Password" function on the SolidProfessor login screen.
They can log in here: https://plt.solidprofessor.com/login
The student can then input their email address and receive a secure link to reset their password.
