At the moment, some customers are reporting having difficulty using SolidProfessor. There is an ongoing issue that has impacted the ability for some of our users to log in.
The platform team is actively investigating the issue and working to implement a fix.
While our platform team continues to investigate and work on a permanent solution, some of these troubleshooting steps may help temporarily.
