SolidProfessor recently implemented a new back-end system as part of an upgrade to our platform. Commercial customers are being migrated from the old platform to the new one, and users will be prompted to create a new password the first time they log in.
Unfortunately, some users have not been automatically prompted to reset their passwords, which is likely the cause of any issues experienced during log-in.
If you're experiencing issues while accessing your SolidProfessor account, please follow the steps below to trigger the password reset.
1. Go to: https://plt.solidprofessor.com/login
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter the email associated with your SolidProfessor account
4. Open the "Reset Password" email and follow the link within 72 hours of requesting
Once you're able to log in, our platform team has suggested that impacted users bookmark the updated login page for the time being: https://plt.solidprofessor.com/login
