Taleo - Configuring Source Tracking

Creating a Job Tracking Link:

1. Navigate to Job Postings: In Workday, go to the Job Posts section (often found under "Jobs" > "Job Setup" > "Job Posts", or at the bottom of the job dashboard).
2. Generate Tracking Link: Locate the tracking link icon associated with the specific job post that you want to add tracking to.
3. Customize the Link: Select a source name or choose who gets credit for the link (this helps identify where applicants came from).
4. Create and Copy: Click "Create link" and then copy the generated tracking link. 
    

Configuring the New Source in Workday (if needed):

1. Maintain Recruiting Sources: If you need to add a completely new job board as a source, you might need to use the "Maintain Recruiting Sources" task in Workday.
2. Create a New Source: Use the "+" icon to add a new source.
3. Name the Source: Give your new job board a name.
4. Update Reference ID: Update the reference ID for the new source to a unique identifier. 

1. Click on "Setting" (on the left).
2. Select "Candidate".
3. Select "Application Source".
4. Create a new code for SolidProfessor Careers.
5. Copy and paste that code to us!
