If you've completed a SolidProfessor course but the technical certificate is not shown in your Achievements page, use the information below to be sure you've met all requirements.
Check that all lessons have been viewed
From the course, use the ellipses menu to filter by un-viewed content to confirm that all lessons are marked as viewed. Review any unmarked lessons or exercises.
Confirm you scored 80% or higher on the course test
Use the Technical Certificate tab to double check your test score
Check the course version
Technical certificate requirements must be met in the same version - all views and the test must be taken in the same course version
