If a student is not able to enroll in your class, it most likely due to one of the following reasons:
- The student does not have an active student membership applied to their account.
- The class is unpublished and not visible to students.
No Active Student Membership
If a student doesn't successfully complete the Student Store sign-up process, they can end up with an account that does not include access to the "Classes" tab. If this is the case, you can direct them to our article on How to Create a Student Membership where, at Step 2, they would log in to their existing account by clicking the "Already have an Account? Log in" button instead of creating a new account.
A missing "Classes" tab can also be the result of a student accidentally creating duplicate accounts where they have purchased on one but are logged in to the other. If you suspect this could be the case, please reach out to us here.
