The Skill Assessment feature in the SolidProfessor Portfolio assesses and confirms user’s competency in specific skills added to their Portfolio.
In your SolidProfessor account, find the “Keep Working on your Portfolio" Widget or Portfolio Option
Select the "Go to my Portfolio" button on the "Keep Working on your Portfolio" widget. You can also click the "Portfolio" option in the SolidProfessor user interface.
Finding skills with an assessment

If you have added skills to your Portfolio, you can view if the skills have an assessment available.
- Navigate to the “About” tab.
- View the skills you have added to you Portfolio.
- A “Take Skill Assessment” link will be displayed for any skill in your Portfolio that now has an assessment.
Adding new skills with an assessment
Users can add new skills to their portfolio and ensure there is an assessment available.
- Navigate to the “About” tab.
- Click the “Add Skill” or [+] Button.
- Click into the “Search and “Select Skill” field in the “Add Skills” modal.
- Skills that include an assessment will have a “Skills Assessment” badge next to the skill name.
- Click the “Take Skill Assessment” link to begin the assessment process.
