Our new Archive Class functionality allows Instructors to separate old Classes into the 'Archive' tab, for a cleaner look at current Classes.
NOTE: Archiving a Class does NOT keep students from being able to join it. To keep students from joining your Class, be sure to set it to "Unpublished".
1. After logging in to an Instructor account, click on the "Classes" tab at the top of the screen.
2. Choose the three dot menu for the Class you'd like to archive, and choose "Archive this class".
3. View all archived Classes by clicking on the "Archived" tab.
Archiving a Class will remove the Class from Instructor Tools and Reporting, but does not wipe student progress.
4. To unarchive a Class, simply choose the three dot menu and choose "Unarchive this class".
Unarchiving a Class will restore the Class to Instructor Tools and Reporting, and all student progress is unaffected.
