Troubleshooting steps to try if your SOLIDWORKS Add-in isn't working.
Confirm you downloaded and installed the correct version.
You must choose the download link based on your operating system specifications on the Add-in Download Page. If you have downloaded and installed the incorrect version of the Task Pane Add-in, uninstall the incorrect version and then download and reinstall from the correct link.

The SOLIDWORKS Add-In will default to Internet Explorer if available, so make sure to update the JavaScript settings there as well.
