If you receive an error message that says "Grade hasn't been synced to your LMS" after taking a review test or when opening an assignment (as shown below), the instructions in this article will address the issue.


If you took a review test in a SolidProfessor assignment, but your grade is not showing up in your LMS (Schoology, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.), it is likely because the connection between the SolidProfessor assignment and the LMS assignment was not established. This connection is created when you click into an LMS assignment, so if you accessed your assignment from anywhere other than the LMS assignment link (including directly on the SolidProfessor website), your review test grade will not sync properly. To fix, follow the instructions below:
The screenshots below are from specific Learning Management Systems (Schoology, Canvas, and Blackboard). If your school uses a different LMS not listed below, the user interface will differ. The general instructions still apply, however!
1. Log into Schoology and click into your course that has missing grades.

2. Identify the assignment with the missing grade and click into it.

3. Once the SolidProfessor content loads successfully on the screen (as shown below), click the three dots on the Review section and click "Resend Latest Score to School LMS".
