Overview
Troubleshooting the connection between SolidProfessor and a school's Learning Management System (LMS) always starts with clearing your cache/cookies on your browser.
Here's how to do so:
1. Click the icon next to your browser's URL and choose "Cookies and site data".
2. Choose "Manage on-device site data".
3. Click the trashcan next to each URL until no URL's remain, and hit 'Done'.
4. Hit the 'Reload' button to refresh your screen.
5. Log back into your LMS and access your assignments.
