Managers and Client Admins can update the permissions of other users with a "Learner" permission. Existing Managers can add other Managers to specific groups, but cannot update their overall permissions. 3. Open the user's details by clicking their name. Then, select Edit.
It's important to note that Managers can change the role of a user in a group they manage but not in the All Members section. Only a Client Admin can update the permissions of a Manager under the All Members section.
