Client Admins and Managers can activate or deactivate users. When you Activate a user this means they are occupying a seat, have an Active status, and complete access to the SolidProfessor platform. Deactivated users do not occupy a seat, have an Inactive status, and have limited access to library content and cannot access any of your organization's groups.
1. To activate or deactivate a member, start by navigating to the Admin Tools from the dashboard or from the user drop-down menu.
2. In the All Members page, check the box beside the user you would like to update then select Actions.
3. After clicking either Reactivate or Deactivate, you will see the member's status and your organization's seat availability immediately update.
