If a user does not receive a password reset email after selecting 'Forgot Password' on the sign in page, it may be due to a firewall protection on your company's email account. Follow these steps to manually send a password reset link to a team member.
2. In the 'All Members' page, click the name of the user you would like to send a password reset link to.
If the user does not receive their password reset email, they should check their spam folder or request a password reset link via the login page: https://plt.solidprofessor.com/forgot-my-password.
